Sheet metal processing

The use of Trumpf lasers allows us to perform fast and high quality cuts up to 25mm thick. The bending department, adjacent to the laser one, processes the sheets in a short time using state-of-the-art machines.

LASER CUTTING:

• Laser - TRULASER 5040 FIBRE with automatic ANTIL loader
  Maximum cutting thickness 25mm

• LASER TRUMPF 3030 TF 4000 CO²
  Maximum cutting thickness 15mm
  Maximum load dimensions 1,500 x 3,000
• Punching machine - RAINER 4000
  1,500 x 2,000 table
• Shears - GASPARINI CO 4008
  Maximum cutting length 4,000 mm
