ROBOTIC WELDING:

• 3 FANUC SYSTEM R-J2 ROBOTS
  Maximum load capacity ranging from 1,000 to 1,600 mm
  Equipped with two motorised rotary tables and lathe
  All robots work using Weco wire welding machines
• 2 MOTOMAN MRC ROBOTS
  The first offers the possibility of loading pieces with a maximum length of 2,000 mm, and is equipped with a table and lathe change.
  The second offers the possibility of loading pieces with a maximum length of 4,500 mm with a turnspit.
  Both use Weco wire welding machines
• 1 MOTOMAN NX100 ROBOT
  Maximum load capacity up to 1,600 mm long pieces, equipped with two motorised rotary tables with lathe, complete with Weco wire welding machine
• 1 MOTOMAN XRC ROBOT
  Load capacity of pieces with a maximum length of 3,000 mm, equipped with a rotating station and Weco wire welding machine
• 1 ABB ROBOT
  Capacity to load pieces with a maximum length of 2,900 mm, two rotary tables with lathe and six axes, equipped with Weco wire welding machine
